The 12 obligations, explained
One page per obligation: the standard cited as written, the interval, who performs it, who asks to see it, and the evidence that stays on file.
Nothing here is written by hand. Every page is built from the same sourced rules that prepare the registers — we cite them, we do not restate them.
Where the interval is not confirmed, the page says so
Some of these obligations carry no interval that can be cited as a legal deadline. They are shown with their caveat, word for word, rather than with a reassuring number. That is the most useful part of these pages.
All the obligations
No single establishment carries all 12: the hood-cleaning variants exclude one another, and the cooking type decides which one applies.
Your establishment already has a prepared register
The obligations above are prepared in advance for every food establishment in Montreal, from the City's open data.
