Terms of use

1. What Tigidu is, and is not

Tigidu is a record-keeping tool and a coordination service. Tigidu is not a contractor, an inspector, or a legal adviser.

The operator remains solely legally responsible for the compliance of their establishment, including keeping the building inspection register required by chapter VIII of Québec's Code de sécurité. Using Tigidu transfers no legal obligation.

2. The schedule is informational

The frequencies shown come from the applicable standards and regulations and are provided for information. Some are marked « to confirm »: their exact interval has not been validated against a primary source and must not be treated as a legal deadline.

Grease trap maintenance is presented as a recommended interval, not a legal obligation. No emptying frequency is imposed Québec-wide.

The authority having jurisdiction (municipality, fire department, RBQ, MAPAQ, insurer) may impose different or stricter requirements. Those requirements take precedence.

3. Your data

Your certificates and your register belong to you. The full export (CSV and PDF) stays available even after a paid plan is cancelled.

French is the reference language of these terms. The English version is a courtesy translation; where the two differ, the French version governs.
